These terms apply between Qualia Spa & Wellness (“Qualia”, “we”) on one side and the website visitor and/or service recipient (“user”, “you”) on the other.

Appointments are confirmed by our staff after requests are received through the website. Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a portion of the service fee may be charged.

Some rituals may require a health declaration for participation. You must inform us of conditions such as pregnancy, allergies, and chronic diseases before your appointment.

All content on the website (text, images, logo, brand, design) belongs to Qualia or its license holders. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

You must use the website in accordance with the law, in good faith and in compliance with the following rules:

• Do not provide misleading or false information,
• Avoid actions that may disrupt the operation of the system,
• Respect the rights of other users,
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities.

Our website may occasionally contain links to third-party sites. Qualia is not responsible for the content and practices of these sites.

Qualia does not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted and error-free. It does not accept responsibility within the legal framework for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. Information about our services is provided in good faith; it does not substitute for medical advice.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to these terms. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
